Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange and Return Policy:

The exchange and return policy is regulated by the Ministry of Commerce regulations. It helps protect the rights of consumers and merchants.

Returns:

The customer has the right to request a return of the product within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused or damaged, with all its accessories, the purchase invoice, and in its original packaging.

Products that have been designed or modified at the customer's request are not refundable.

The consumer is not entitled to return the product if a defect appears in the product due to the customer's improper possession.

Exchange:

The customer has the right to request a replacement product within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused or damaged, with all its accessories and the purchase invoice.

Exchanges are available in the event of a manufacturing defect.

General Conditions:

The customer bears the shipping costs for returning or replacing the product, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the order.

Refunds:

The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days of approval of the return or exchange request.
